Relationship infrastructure is the organizational foundation used to initiate, manage, preserve, and deepen investor relationships.
It includes CRM systems, communication histories, ownership assignments, meeting protocols, follow-up procedures, segmentation, relationship intelligence, service standards, and escalation processes.
The purpose is not to industrialize personal relationships. It is to prevent relationships from being weakened by fragmented information, missed commitments, staff changes, or inconsistent communication.
