CRM Services & Support

CRM infrastructure that supports better relationships, better operations, and better business decisions.

Fund managers, syndicators, and business owners often rely on CRM systems for far more than investor relationships. Sales operations, client management, project workflows, customer service, and internal processes all depend on a CRM that is properly designed and actively maintained.

Capital Sourcing Partners builds standalone CRM systems that support the way your organization actually works, and provides ongoing specialist support long after implementation.

While CRM platforms are a core component of the Accredited Investor Acquisition System (AIAS), many organizations rely on them well beyond investor acquisition. Our CRM engagements are available independently for businesses that simply need a system designed and managed the right way.

The Problem

Most CRM systems were never really finished.

Most organizations do not have a CRM problem, they have a setup and support problem. Systems are partially configured, poorly integrated, and never fully adopted. Data is scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes, and sticky notes.

The result is not simply software frustration. It is inefficiency that compounds every day, missed follow-ups, and decisions made without visibility.

CSP approaches CRM differently.

Typical Approach
An Underused Database
  • Partially configured out of the box
  • Disconnected from website, email, and phone
  • No automation, no clear ownership
  • Adoption fades within months of launch
CSP Approach
Operational Infrastructure
  • Designed around your actual workflows
  • Integrated with the tools you already use
  • Automation that reduces manual work
  • Ongoing specialist support, not a one-time build
A great CRM is a business asset. A bad one is a daily tax on your team.

CSP connects CRM strategy with the systems around it, website, email, phone, calendar, marketing, and reporting, so information moves cleanly across the business instead of getting trapped in silos.

The objective is not simply to launch a CRM.

Technology should extend relationships, not replace them. Our goal is to create systems that continue delivering value long after implementation.
Part of AIAS. Available Independently.

Implement CRM for investor acquisition, for the whole business, or both.

CRM Services & Support is available as part of the Accredited Investor Acquisition System or as a fully standalone CSP engagement.

Pathway AIntegrated

As part of AIAS

For firms implementing AIAS, the CRM becomes the operational core of the investor acquisition system, connected to website, content, nurture, paid media, and analytics.

  • CRM + website + nurture + paid media + analytics
  • Unified investor journey tracking
  • Shared reporting and intelligence layer
Pathway BStandalone

As an independent engagement

For businesses engaging CSP independently, we design and support CRM systems for any part of the operation, fund related or not.

  • New CRM implementation or rebuild of an existing platform
  • Cross-team automation and integration
  • Extendable into AIAS when the firm is ready

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions.

View all FAQs
Q.01Do I have to use a specific CRM platform?
No. We work across the major platforms and help you evaluate the right fit based on your business processes, team size, integrations, and budget. If you already have a CRM in place, we can typically build on top of it rather than force a migration.
Q.02Can you fix a CRM that was set up incorrectly?
Yes. A significant portion of our work is restructuring, cleaning, and re-integrating CRMs that were partially configured or poorly implemented. In most cases we can rebuild the pipeline, data structure, automations, and integrations without losing historical data.
Q.03Is CRM only available as part of AIAS?
No. CRM Services & Support is a standalone offering. Fund managers frequently engage us for CRM work outside of investor acquisition, and non-fund businesses hire us purely for CRM strategy, implementation, and ongoing support.
Q.04What does ongoing support actually cover?
Ongoing support includes issue diagnosis, configuration adjustments as your business changes, platform update management, periodic system health reviews, and direct access to a CRM specialist, not a ticket queue.
Build Stronger Infrastructure

Your CRM should be operational infrastructure, not unused software.

Whether you are implementing a new CRM, replacing an outdated platform, or improving an existing system, CSP will help build the operational foundation your business needs to grow with confidence.
