Can We Keep Our Existing Ad Accounts?

Direct answer

No. Capital Sourcing Partners does not operate the Accredited Investor Acquisition System (AIAS) through a client's existing advertising accounts. When paid advertising is used as part of an AIAS engagement, campaigns are operated through advertising accounts established, controlled, and managed by Capital Sourcing Partners as part of the proprietary Investor Acquisition Infrastructure supporting the engagement.

Expanded explanation

Paid advertising is an important component of Digital Investor Acquisition, but the advertising accounts, campaign structures, audiences, tracking configurations, performance history, optimization processes, and data generated through advertising activity also contribute to the operation and continued development of AIAS.

For that reason, Capital Sourcing Partners does not manage AIAS campaigns through client-owned advertising accounts or transfer its advertising infrastructure into an existing client advertising environment.

Each advertising program is customized to the specific fund, fund manager, investment strategy, investor audience, capital formation objectives, messaging, Investor Journey, and requirements of the engagement.

Capital Sourcing Partners is responsible for establishing, configuring, managing, measuring, testing, optimizing, and adjusting the advertising infrastructure used as part of AIAS.

Clients may retain ownership of their existing advertising accounts and any historical advertising assets associated with those accounts. However, those accounts are not used to operate paid advertising campaigns managed by Capital Sourcing Partners as part of AIAS.

This operating model allows Capital Sourcing Partners to maintain control over campaign configuration, tracking, attribution, audience development, testing methodologies, measurement, optimization, and the integrity of the data required to operate and improve the Investor Acquisition System.

Advertising performance data generated through an AIAS engagement contributes to Data Capital and Intelligence Capital used to understand investor behavior, evaluate campaign performance, improve audience development, refine messaging, identify patterns, improve measurement methodologies, and continuously develop AIAS.

Data generated through these activities is subject to the shared ownership and usage rights established in the applicable client agreement, as well as platform policies, privacy requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable law.

Capital Sourcing Partners does not provide clients, outside agencies, consultants, or third-party service providers with administrative control of the advertising accounts or underlying advertising infrastructure used to operate AIAS.

Clients receive appropriate reporting, performance information, and access to the insights necessary to understand the activities and outcomes of their engagement. Capital Sourcing Partners retains administrative control of the advertising accounts, campaign infrastructure, configurations, audiences, tracking systems, optimization methodologies, and other proprietary components used to operate and improve AIAS.

If an engagement ends, the client's pre-existing advertising accounts remain with the client. Advertising accounts established and managed by Capital Sourcing Partners for the operation of AIAS, together with their underlying campaign infrastructure, configurations, audiences, methodologies, and other proprietary components, remain under the ownership and control of Capital Sourcing Partners, subject to applicable platform policies, contractual obligations, privacy requirements, and law.

AIAS is not an advertising account management service in which campaigns are built inside a client's existing accounts and later handed over.

Paid advertising is one capability within a broader proprietary Investor Acquisition System. Capital Sourcing Partners maintains control of the advertising infrastructure so that AIAS can be managed, measured, optimized, and continuously improved throughout and across client engagements.
