Marketing Performance Audit Calculator for Fund Managers
Measure what your capital raise is actually costing you. Enter your ad spend, retainer, technology costs, and results to date, and the audit compares the performance your marketing partner reports against the capital your raise could be producing.
What the audit measures
Most raise reports stop at cost per lead and cost per booked call. Those numbers describe activity, not capital. The Marketing Performance Audit starts with the figures your current provider already reports, including total ad spend, capital raised to date, average investor check size, lead-to-close rate, monthly retainer, setup fees, and CRM or technology costs, and converts them into the true cost of every dollar raised.
It then calculates what most reports leave out: repeat investment, the length of each investor relationship, referrals generated per investor each year, referral conversion, the qualified pipeline that has stalled, and capital funded into other offerings. Together these show the capital your marketing produced versus the capital it left unpursued.
How to read your results
The results separate what you are paying from what you are receiving. You will see your full acquisition cost, a side-by-side view of reported performance and actual performance, and a comparison of your capital across four acquisition models so you can judge whether your current approach is building lasting investor relationships or simply buying short-lived activity.
Use the audit as a diagnostic, not a verdict. A gap between reported and potential capital usually points to a missing system for qualification, nurturing, and retention, which is the problem an AIAS-governed Investor Acquisition Vehicle is designed to solve.
