Can You Use Our Existing CRM?
Direct answer
No. The Accredited Investor Acquisition System (AIAS) is a proprietary investor acquisition system owned, managed, and continuously developed by Capital Sourcing Partners. We do not implement AIAS inside a client's existing CRM, sell or transfer the system, or provide clients with administrative access to its underlying infrastructure. Each AIAS implementation is privately customized to the fund, fund manager, investment strategy, investor audience, capital formation objectives, and specific requirements of the engagement. Clients are trained to use the system as users, while Capital Sourcing Partners retains ownership, administrative control, configuration authority, and responsibility for managing, modifying, optimizing, and developing the system.
Expanded explanation
The CRM environment is an integrated component of the proprietary Investor Acquisition Infrastructure used to operate AIAS. It is not a standalone CRM implementation, a software product we sell, or a system that is transferred to the client.
Capital Sourcing Partners owns and maintains the AIAS system.
Clients are trained to use the functions of the system necessary to manage investor relationships, conduct follow-up, communicate with prospective investors, maintain appropriate records, and perform their responsibilities within the investor acquisition process.
Clients are provided access as users of the system. They are not provided administrative access to the underlying AIAS infrastructure, system architecture, configurations, automations, integrations, proprietary workflows, measurement methodologies, or other protected components of the system.
Capital Sourcing Partners retains responsibility for the design, configuration, management, modification, optimization, maintenance, and continued development of AIAS.
Every implementation of AIAS is customized.
We do not provide the same standardized configuration to every client. Each engagement is designed around the specific fund, fund manager, investment strategy, investor audience, existing capabilities, sales and capital raising processes, Investor Journey, communication requirements, measurement needs, and capital formation objectives of the organization.
As the engagement develops, AIAS generates and collects data through investor acquisition activities, marketing performance, investor behavior, communications, sales activity, relationship development, system usage, measurement, and capital formation outcomes.
The data generated and collected through the operation of AIAS is subject to shared ownership and usage rights between Capital Sourcing Partners and the client, as defined by the applicable client agreement, privacy requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
The fund or fund manager retains rights to access and use eligible investor and engagement data generated through its AIAS implementation.
Capital Sourcing Partners also retains rights to use data generated through the operation of AIAS to manage the engagement, measure performance, develop Data Capital and Intelligence Capital, conduct analysis, identify patterns, improve measurement methodologies, refine Investor Acquisition Infrastructure, enhance AIAS performance, develop new capabilities, and continuously improve the AIAS methodology and system across the Capital Sourcing Partners client ecosystem.
This ability to learn from data is fundamental to the AIAS methodology.
Every investor interaction, marketing campaign, sales conversation, follow-up process, investor behavior pattern, relationship outcome, capital formation result, and system performance indicator can contribute to a larger body of knowledge.
When information from individual engagements is appropriately analyzed and applied, Capital Sourcing Partners can identify patterns, improve processes, refine measurement frameworks, strengthen investor acquisition practices, and continue developing AIAS.
In this way, Data Capital generated through the operation of AIAS contributes to the creation of Intelligence Capital.
The purpose of these shared data rights is not to transfer one client's confidential investor relationships or proprietary information to another client.
Capital Sourcing Partners does not provide clients with access to another client's investor lists, confidential information, proprietary business information, or identifiable investor data.
Instead, data may be aggregated, analyzed, de-identified, benchmarked, or otherwise used in accordance with applicable agreements, privacy requirements, and legal obligations to identify patterns, improve methodologies, refine measurement systems, enhance AIAS performance, and contribute to the continued development of the Accredited Investor Acquisition System.
Ownership and usage rights relating to data do not transfer ownership of AIAS.
The AIAS system, Investor Acquisition Infrastructure, system architecture, configurations, automations, integrations, workflows, methodologies, measurement models, processes, intellectual property, and other proprietary components remain the property of Capital Sourcing Partners.
Access to AIAS is provided as part of the client's ongoing engagement with Capital Sourcing Partners. The system itself is not for sale.
If an engagement ends, the client may receive eligible data in accordance with the applicable client agreement and data export procedures. Capital Sourcing Partners retains its contractual rights to use eligible data, aggregated information, de-identified data, analytical outputs, system performance information, and knowledge developed through the operation of AIAS for the continued management, development, refinement, and improvement of its systems, methodologies, measurement models, and intellectual property.
AIAS is not software we install and hand over.
It is a proprietary, customized, data-informed, and actively managed Investor Acquisition System that clients access and use as part of their engagement with Capital Sourcing Partners.
The system becomes more intelligent over time because Capital Sourcing Partners continuously learns from the data, investor behavior, acquisition outcomes, and operating experience generated across the AIAS client ecosystem.
